This is an informational website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it and to answer you when you get in touch.

What we process
- When you send the partner form — we process the company and contact details you enter, the language of the page and the country your request comes from, in order to answer you and, if we agree terms, to open your wholesale account.
- When you email us — we process the contact details and message you send, solely to respond and to follow up on your enquiry.
- Technical logs — our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server/security logs (e.g. IP address, request data) to operate and protect the site.
- No advertising trackers — we do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Cookies
This site uses only what is technically necessary to display correctly. Your chosen language preference is the only setting we may store, in your browser's local storage, on your device.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of the request. Google privacy policy.
- Online store — purchases happen on our shop at dasexperten.com, which has its own privacy terms.
- Resend — email delivery for our replies and confirmations. Resend privacy policy.
Retention
Partner enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted after 24 months. If we sign with you, the same details move into your partner record and are kept for as long as the contract and the accounting rules that apply to it require.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact legal@dasexperten.com.
