Yes, aktiv and the ultra soft range use DuPont Tynex® filaments 48% softer than standard, which flex into inflamed or receding tissue without abrading it. For sensitive or bleeding gums, pair a soft superbrush with an enzyme or anti inflammatory paste rather than a high RDA abrasive.
