Is a medium brush too hard for daily use, or will it damage my enamel and gums?

Medium stiffness is designed for effective stain lifting, not aggressive scrubbing — enamel wear comes from pressure and technique, not bristle grade alone. Brush gently in small circles without pressing hard; if you have receding gums or sensitivity, choose a softer brush instead.

Will this actually remove coffee, wine and smoke stains, or do I still need whitening toothpaste?

The medium PowerTouch™ multi-zone nylon bristles mechanically disrupt the surface plaque and film that coffee, wine and smoke stains cling to, which is where most everyday discoloration sits. It lifts extrinsic surface staining; deep intrinsic discoloration inside the tooth still needs a whitening or professional treatment.
