Which size should I pick, S or M?

The brush comes in a stainless core in two sizes, S and M, to fit different gap widths. If your gaps vary, having both on hand lets you match each space; force the wrong size and you risk bleeding, so start with the one that slides in without resistance.

Is it safe to use around my implants and braces?

Yes. The filaments are mounted on a stainless core wrapped in polymer, so the working head cleans crowns, implants and braces without bare metal scraping the restoration. Guide it gently along the gap rather than forcing it.

How is this different from dental floss?

Floss is a single thread for tight contacts; this interdental brush has polymer filaments on a stainless core that sweep plaque from the larger, irregular spaces around crowns, implants and brackets where floss slips through without cleaning. For most restoration and braces wearers a brush reaches more surface area.

How often should I replace the brush?

Swap it once the polymer filaments splay or flatten, which is typically after about a week of daily use. A worn head cleans poorly and a bent stainless core can catch on brackets, so replace it rather than reshaping it.
